Event Review – Pimp at Paloma’s
A weekly event that has established itself in the
Midlands, for the club goers that enjoy a more chic night out.
Picasso’s in Wolverhampton plays host to the night and once a month
the Pimp Special moves rooms into Paloma’s, more well known as the
venue for Quest. Mixmag promote the event and provide some
interesting DJ’s. The Pimp Special this month uses well known names
such as Dave Seaman, Pete Tong and Cleveland City.
The club overall is brilliant, DJ Phil Gifford was quoted to say,
“This is the best, well uplifting venue I’ve played outside London,
totally bombastic”. Jeremy Healey had said, “Me and Phil Gifford
both play out hearts out to make this venue perfect for the crowds,
and it seemed to be a success”. Total respect goes out to everyone
from both Phil Gifford and Jeremy Healey. If you fancy a night out,
